I have not yet received my license codes, what should I do?

Usually you will receive the purchase notification email with licensing information within 20 minutes after your payment is received. Please make sure to provide a valid email address to accept emails from everimaging.com (sometimes purchase notification emails are in your spam or junk email box, please check these first if you did not receive an email from us). If you experience a long delay please contact us.

Do I need to buy a second license if I install HDR Photo Pro or HDR Darkroom on another computer or system?

You may install one copy on your main computer and another copy on your laptop providing you only use one copy at a time.

How do I upgrade to the latest version?

Download the new version from our website and follow the prompts to install it on your computer. You will need to uninstall the old version before installing the new version.
